1. Service
Tsumugen lets users create, save, and explore AI-generated family trees, people, character records, timelines, and related fictional or history-inspired content.
2. Accounts
You may create an account with email and password or Google sign-in. Keep account information accurate and protect your login credentials.
3. AI-Generated Content
Generated content is creative output. It is not a guarantee of historical, academic, legal, genealogical, or professional accuracy. Review important content before relying on it.
4. Plans, Billing, and Ads
Some features may differ between free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Free plans may show ads where legally and technically permitted.
5. Restrictions
Do not misuse the service, attack infrastructure, bypass usage limits, upload unlawful content, violate others’ rights, or use generated output for illegal or harmful purposes.
6. Availability and Changes
The service may be changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, provider issues, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
7. Legal Review
This English document is implementation scaffolding for international launch and requires final legal review before production release in each target region.
