Payment Method and Timing
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout using payment methods supported by Stripe. The first charge is made when the user starts a paid plan, and renewals follow the selected billing interval.
Service Delivery
Paid-plan features become available after Stripe payment completion and the service-side subscription update are confirmed. A short processing delay may occur.
Cancellation and Refunds
Users can manage cancellation through Stripe Customer Portal when self-service billing is available. If you cannot sign in, use the support form and include the billing email, plan type, payment date, and login issue so the operator can verify the request.
Digital service access starts after payment; withdrawal, refund, and cancellation rights may differ by region and require legal review before launch.
